Our experience here was comfortable. We were there for 3 days, everything was great, enjoyed its marvellous and magnificent location just off Bab Doukkala and the Grand Taxi, the main attractions and a quite came down market area.

The location of the hotel was central and close to all the major sights like Bab Doukkala, the Grand Taxi stand, and the YSL gardens/museum. the room was clean and equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an iron. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathtub worked well.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to bus connections and conveniently located near the city gate. the rooftop terrace was a great feature, providing a relaxing space to unwind. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of closet space for storage. the staff, especially Abdel, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing helpful tips and even preparing early breakfasts.
The shower in the bathroom needed fixing and was not working properly.

We recently stayed at Riad Zebrakaro for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The host went out of her way to help us with anything we needed and even treated us to a delicious couscous dinner. The riad is wonderfully designed, blending Moroccan tradition with contemporary elements. The breakfast was excellent and the staff, especially Hamou, were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, near Bab Doukkala and the Grand Taxi stand. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Do recommend this hotel.

We had an really good experience at a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The riad's beautiful design and charming terrace provided a tranquil escape. Despite a minor initial shock from the street, the riad's excellent qualities far outweighed any drawbacks. We felt safe and at home throughout our visit. we highly recommend this hotel for a good stay in Marrakech.

There was some confusion with our payment, resulting in a brief delay in checking out. the staff handled the situation professionally and efficiently to resolve the issue.

Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, and we were impressed with how well-maintained the facilities were. Lastly, the amenities were outstanding. From the free Wi-Fi in the rooms to the lovely terrace where we could relax, everything was designed with our comfort in mind. We truly felt like we were in a luxurious paradise.

The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable, which made our Easter break truly enjoyable. The staff was very helpful, making us feel at home in a foreign land. The hotel's key location meant that we were in close proximity to both the old city and the new city, allowing us to explore Marrakesh with ease. We also loved the fact that the hotel was situated on a quiet alleyway close to a local market street, which made our stay peaceful and enjoyable.

our stay at the riad was absolutely perfect. the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even treating us to a delicious couscous dinner. the riad itself was beautifully designed with a mix of moroccan and contemporary elements, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. we can't wait to return to marrakech and this amazing riad.
